Anti-Gambling Groups Confused Over New Internet Gambling Rules




The new rules for regulating the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act came down this week from the Treasury Department, and anti-gambling groups are claiming victory, apparently confused as to what those rules really mean.
